About this rug
Looking for a washable rug that can cope with everyday spills? Florence, from the Origins washable range, can go in the washing machine at 30°C, which makes it a practical choice for kitchens, hallways, dining rooms and living rooms in busy homes.
The design takes its inspiration from Italian architecture and colour, with tones of blue and pops of lime green on a textured, warm off-white base. Its distressed, antique-style look works in rooms from modern to traditional.
Florence is made from soft but hard-wearing chenille with a non-slip backing, so it is easy to lay back down after washing. Line drying is recommended; if you use a tumble dryer, choose an air-only cycle with no heat, and do not use bleach. Available in 80 x 150, 120 x 170 and 160 x 230 cm, plus a 67 x 200 cm runner.
