Please note: This is our registered office and correspondence address only. We operate as an online retail business and do not operate a retail store from this location. No goods are held at this address and we are unable to accept visitors, collections or returns without prior written agreement.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that order confirmation does not constitute order acceptance. Orders are considered accepted only when the goods have been dispatched.

Where promotional free delivery is offered, it applies only to standard mainland UK delivery areas unless otherwise specified.

Certain UK locations incur additional courier surcharges.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the address specified in the order.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
